Claude M. Royal is the majority shareholder of two organizations Royal Insurance Agency, Inc. dba Wealth Advisors Group and Royal Wealth Management, Inc. dba Royal Wealth Management. Claude started out his career as a graduate of Lynchburg College with the prestigious award, “Wall Street Journal Finance & Economics”. He then took that knowledge and put it right to work in all aspects of his career. The level at which Wealth Advisors Group resides beyond our competition can be attributed to the hard work and success Claude M. Royal forged. Wealth Advisors Group is truly a hands on financial marketing organization that institutions and advisors regard as the backbone and heart of their practices. In 1982 he became the father to twin boys which are following in the footsteps of generations past.
Brian M. Royal is a minority shareholder of the two organizations and has been with his father since 2001, striving to become the fourth generation in this family-oriented business. Brian went so far as to attend his father’s alma mater, Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia. There, he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Financial Economics in 2 years and 6 months. Among other accomplishments, Brian M. Royal and his father made history at Lynchburg College by being the only father and son to win the Wall Street Journal Finance and Economics Award 20 years apart. Brian M. Royal specializes in the Investment Advisory division of Royal Wealth Management, Inc. and holds a Life and Health, Property & Casualty license with FINRA securities licenses being the Series 7, 66, 31 and 24. Brian M. Royal also holds the designations in the financial world of RFC ® (Registered Financial Consultant) and RFP ® (Registered Financial Planner).
Christopher S. Royal is the other minority shareholder of the two organizations and started with his first accolade when he was just in middle school after entering a techno sphere competition. Christopher placed first in the district and regional qualifying events giving him a spot to compete for national accolades. With the brightest individuals from 50 states and 6 foreign countries all the finalists converged on Washington, D.C. to compete for the coveted awards. Christopher S. Royal finished 2nd in the nationally acclaimed competition laying the groundwork for personal success. Not stopping there Christopher went on to develop a water filtration system as a senior in high school that was ultimately patented. He took that competitive edge and drive to help his father with the investment risk management aspect of the business.
Roy Petty is a native of the Roanoke, VA area and is esteemed as one of the most knowledgeable consultants in the operations of small businesses and the self employeed. Mr. Petty was a graduate from Virginia Tech and started is career as a medical sales rep. In the 80's Mr. Petty was running a highly successful medical sales business and was having a hard time finding anyone with sufficient and correct knowledge regarding the issues facing small businesses. Seeing this opportunity to separate himself Mr. Petty built one of the highest regarded consulting firms in the industry.
